They are:

OEA – The OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) Certificate is awarded by the Federal Revenue Service to those logistics operators that are able to handle cargo safely and comply with tax and customs legal requirements. Porto Itapoá has held the OEA certificate since 2017.
ISO 9001 – This deals with customer service and the company's internal processes. This certificate is accredited by Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology), and was awarded to the Terminal in 2014. This certificate is renewed every three years and maintained by yearly audits.
ISO 14001 - This is also accredited by Inmetro. It focuses on the company’s management system and relationship with the environment, as well as their compliance with environmental legislation. Porto Itapoá has been accredited to ISO 14001 since 2015. This certificate is also renewed every three years and maintained by yearly audits.
