Porto Itapoá wins four awards at the 2024 Ser Humano Awards
The company won 1st place for its case study “Culture Movement Through Innovation: Programs that Promote Process Improvements for Progress in Organizational Performance”, in the Youth category, authored by Bianca Farias.
Porto Itapoá won several awards for its cases presented at the Ser Humano Awards, promoted by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH) – Santa Catarina Section, this November.
The company won 1st place for its case study “Culture Movement Through Innovation: Programs that Promote Process Improvements for Progress in Organizational Performance”, in the Youth category, authored by Bianca Farias.
With the case study “PDE: Team Development Plan”, the Port was recognized for the work of authors Sabrina Boch Ferreira de Oliveira and Juliana de Oliveira Xavier, in the Development category. Regarding the award in the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) category, the Port of Itapoá was honored with the case “Generation Fishing Project: Weaving a Network of Possibilities Through Development”, written by authors Patricia Dall Onder Diez, Taís Marina da Rosa Bolino and Larissa Maria Mendes.
The 4th recognition came with the case “Excellence in Motion: How Gamification Drives the Construction of Short-Term Goals at the Port of Itapoá”, written by Karolini Cordeiro Almeida, in the Organizational Excellence category.
The Ser Humano SC Award is in its 14th edition, honoring the main initiatives in the area of people management. This year, more than 180 cases were registered, by more than 100 companies from Santa Catarina, divided into the categories Development, Organizational Excellence, ESG and Youth. The evaluation was carried out by more than 150 evaluators. The award aims to recognize students, professionals and public and private companies that have made significant contributions to the development of the practice of People Management, with the aim of promoting human and organizational development. It also seeks to foster an innovative and collaborative community that connects different actors in the labor relations scenario.
