According to Roberto Pandolfo, Director of Business Development and Customer Experience at Porto Itapoá, Intermodal is a strategic platform for generating new business. “It’s a great opportunity to present the solutions we offer, but also to learn about the market,” he said.
An attraction for the public that visits the Porto Itapoá booth, which is located at F044, is a machine for picking up gifts, containing plush containers. “It will be the opportunity for many to experience being a portainer (a crane on the pier that loads and unloads ships) operator for a day,” joked Pandolfo.
In 2023, more than 500 national and international brands will participate in Intermodal, representing all links in the production, supply and distribution chain. One of the highlights this year will be the balanced presence of companies representing all modes of transport (air, rail, road and water), in addition to the technology segments, solutions for the port sector and intralogistics.
