Porto Itapoá renews sponsorship of Joinville Vôlei volleyball team until 2027
Porto Itapoá renewed its sponsorship of Joinville Vôlei until 2027, reaffirming its commitment to the development of regional sport. Since the start of the team’s activities in 2022, Porto Itapoá has been a partner in this initiative. “For Porto Itapoá it is a satisfaction to continue contributing to the growth and success of the team and also having the counterpart of social work with the children and teenagers of Itapoá through initiation into sport”, said the president, Cássio Schreiner.
The renewal, formalized in August, reinforces a solid partnership and a shared vision of promoting volleyball and encouraging the practice of sports among young talents. “Porto Itapoá is a strategic partner and has been with us since the beginning. This support gives us the ability to develop what we believe in, which is sport as a tool for transforming society. With the implementation of the Novos Ventos social center in Itapoá, we will further strengthen this mission”, said the president of Joinville Vôlei volleyball team, Geovane Gávio.
Joinville Vôlei, with its impressive trajectory, quickly established itself as a force on the sporting scene. In 2022, the team won the Santa Catarina Vice-Championship and became champion of Superliga C, in the South Division. Continued success in 2023 with the conquest of Superliga B and ascension to Superliga A, the elite of Brazilian volleyball. These achievements not only highlight the team’s potential, but also highlight the importance of continued support from sponsors such as Porto Itapoá.
As part of the return for the renewed sponsorship, Joinville Vôlei is developing a sports initiation center in Itapoá. This center, expected to begin operations soon, will be an important legacy of sponsorship, providing opportunities for young people in the city to get involved in volleyball and develop their skills.
